It's April 2025 and Marianne suggested I take over this group. I'm happy to do so because I love movies! A warm thanks for her contribution to date in bringing the group this far.
Meet for a movie at Cineworld on Parnell Street and those that would like to can go for a drink either before or after to a local bar depending on the start time of the movie. There's a charge of €2 until Meetup Organiser fees are covered. No refunds unless the event is cancelled. As new movie showtimes are released Tuesday afternoons, the movie will normally be selected on the Tuesday evening leading up to the event, if not before. Blockbuster films, one-day specials, and other events may be available to pre-book more than 7 days in advance. Meet at the couches nearest to the foot of the escalator on the ground floor in Cineworld 15 minutes before the movie is scheduled to start, unless stated otherwise. Late comers can follow us in. Meet again after the movie outside the relevant cinema screen.
