Taster series for those that are new to acting and psycho-physical exercise.

The Michael Chekhov Technique is a step by step approach that gives the actor practical tools to explore their relationship to the world, their relationship ship to others and their relationship to self. Through this exploration, awareness and a sense of individuality develops. Out of the individuality creativity pours.

We will explore movement in this workshop and the difference between moving with 'ease' and moving with 'tension' in our body.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes and light foot-wear.

Doors open from 6.30pm. Join us for a tea before class in the Green Room at the Lab. Workshop will start at 7pm.
