Hey all,

It’s been a while since our last hands on workshop so this month we are going to be running a 2 hour hands-on workshop learning about codemods. At the workshop you’ll learn about:

• ASTs
• writing codemods with a focus on jscodeshift (https://github.com/facebook/jscodeshift)
• tooling to help the development process
• tools for testing and open sourcing codemods

The workshop will be given by myself, Pat O’Callaghan, and fresh from her talk about codemods at JSDayIE, Cristina Bernardis (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt).

Prerequisites:
• Your own laptop (and charger)
• Node.js LTS (v10.x) or later installed

Please note due to the interactive nature of the session we have a vastly reduced RSVP capacity. Please don’t RSVP unless you 100% plan to attend.
