Google Maps Platform and deck.gl, ml5.js

Details
Hey everyone,
we're back for our final meetup of 2019. We have two great talks lined up for you on the night.
Awesome Web Data Viz with Google Maps Platform and deck.gl - Alex Muramoto, Google https://twitter.com/alexmuramoto
The Google team recently announced initial support for the deck.gl framework, which brings beautiful, high volume, WebGL accelerated data visualization capabilities to maps. In this talk we'll look at how to integrate deck.gl into maps on the web using the Maps JS API. Alex Muramoto is a Developer Advocate for Google Maps Platform. At this point, his life has been pretty much consumed by JS, open-source, and way too much documentation.
Alex is usually based in California so we're delighted he could join us while he's in town for a short period of time. This is the second time we've had him at the meetup.
ml5.js - Fellyph Cintra
Thanks to Fellyph for stepping in at the last minute to give a talk. ml5.js aims to make machine learning approachable for a broad audience of artists, creative coders, and students. The library provides access to machine learning algorithms and models in the browser, building on top of TensorFlow.js with no other external dependencies.
