Electricity generation is undergoing rapid modification in response to climate change. Traditionally, electricity grids are simulated using economic dispatch models.

This talk looks at a data based approach to analysis of emissions, using the Australian National Electricity Market in 2014 as a detailed example.

R tools used include dplyr and multinomial logistic regression.
