Connect and let's talk about organizations, culture and (moral) leadership

The GROWTH Community is a meetup for leaders and professionals who work with, in or on organizations—and who have learned that questions about culture, leadership and development are rarely simple.

We organize (in-person) meetups where we engage in open, non-commercial and peer-to-peer conversations about what really happens inside organizations. No pitches. No silver-bullet models. No promises of “the answer.” Instead, we focus on reflection, dialogue and sharp thinking—grounded in lived experience, professional practice and theory. The community is inspired by the GROWTH-Canvas©, using it as a shared language to explore:

• How goals, reality, choices and behavior interact
• Why well-intended change often stalls
• And what professional growth looks like for leaders navigating complex cultural and organizational dynamics

At its core, the GROWTH Community is about professional development: growing as a leader by better understanding organizations as social, cultural and moral systems.
