Wir setzen die Begeisterung unseres letzten koreanischen BBQs fort und machen dieses Mal Bunsik! Das Essen wird im Voraus gekocht und zum Veranstaltungsort (Schlosspark Benrath) gebracht.

❓️**WAS IST BUNSIK?**❓️
Bunsik ist ein allgemeiner Begriff für preiswerte koreanische Gerichte, die in Snackimbiss wie Bunsikjeom (분식점) oder Bunsikjip (분식집) erhältlich sind: z.B. Gimbap, Tteokbokki, Ramyeon, Rabokki (Tteokbokki mit Ramyeon), Sundae, Odeng, Twigim (frittierte Gerichte) usw.

MUSS ICH ETWAS MITBRINGEN?
Außer dem Essen stellen wir auch Pappteller und Einweg-Stäbchen zur Verfügung. Du kannst aber sehr gerne deine eigene Mehrwegbestecke mitbringen!
Es wird auch koreanische Limo/Soda und Tee geben. Du kannst auch gerne dein Lieblingsgetränk mitbringen.

Continuing the enthusiasm from our latest Korean BBQ, this time we are doing Bunsik! The food will be cooked in advance and be brought to event location (Schlosspark Benrath).

❓️**WHAT IS BUNSIK?**❓️
Bunsik is a generic term used to refer to inexpensive Korean dishes available at bunsikjeom (분식점) or bunsikjip (분식집) snack restaurants: such as gimbap, tteokbokki, ramyeon, rabokki (tteokbokki with ramyeon), sundae, odeng, twigim (fried dishes), etc.

WHAT EXACTLY WILL BE SERVED?
Definitely Kimbab! More info to follow.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Other than the food, we will also provide paper plates and disposable chopsticks. But feel free to bring your own reusables!
There will also be Korean soda and tea. You are welcome to bring your own favorite drink as well.
