Kick-off meeting Drupalcamp Ghent 2024

In 2024 we want to organise another Drupalcamp in Ghent. During this kick-off meeting we will discuss our current location and date option, onboard new interested organisation team members, and start up the project.

Agenda

• Introduction and info on arranged location & date
• Create high level planning and tasklist
• Create teams for specific tasks (e.g. design, website, programme, ...)
• Set up tools and processes
• Brainstorm on concept
