Join the DUG Evaluation Strategies for GP End Users group and embark on an exciting journey to discover the best ERP solutions for your business! Our mission is to create a vibrant community of active GP customers who come together to evaluate mid-market ERP options, share insights, and attend user conferences as a team. Whether you’re a Standard Member joining virtual meetups or an Evaluation Member diving deep into conferences and special events, you’ll be part of a supportive network dedicated to finding the perfect ERP fit. No sales pitches, just honest feedback and collaboration. Let’s explore, evaluate, and elevate our ERP game together!
Member Rules and Group Goals:
- Provide a user group for GP end users to evaluate the different ERP options as a replacement for Dynamics GP
- To join, users must be active GP customers and be approved by the group leaders
- No partners, VARs, ISV's or other parties with reason to influence the group's decision based on the product they represent
- The focus of the group will be evaluating solutions in the mid-market ERP space by attending the user conferences as a group for their products and sharing feedback with the group on what they liked, disliked and how they think the solution would work for their particular business.
- There will 2 types of members of the group, and both are free to join:
- Standard Member
- Standard members can join the pre and post conference meetups virtually
- Evaluation Member
- Evaluation member can join the group, join the pre and post conference meetups as well as attend the conferences as part of the group
- Evaluation member must be willing to fill out a company profile to share with the group.
- Evaluation member must be willing to fill out a conference scorecard on how the solution will work for their organization
- Evaluation members will participate in in person meetups during conferences they are attending
- Evaluation members will have access to any private sessions/special events the conference is willing to do for the group
- Evaluation members do not need to attend all scheduled conferences
- Evaluation members are responsible for any and all expenses of travelling to the user conferences
- Standard Member
- The Meetups will be scheduled around the user conferences and will generally follow the following cadence
- Pre-conference virtual meetup(s)
- Review conference details
- Decide on evaluation members for group to travel
- Receive feedback from the group on things to look at the conference
- During conference in person meetup(s)
- Updates on what members are finding
- Review conference scorecards with evaluation members and discuss
- Post-conference virtual meetups as needed
- Evaluation members share results with the larger group
- Leaders share consolidated results from scorecard with larger group
- Pre-conference virtual meetup(s)
