DUG Calgary: Bring Your Own AI Workshop

Dynamics User Group: Bring Your Own AI Workshop, led by Sarah Strocel and Matthew Mead from Microsoft, is a practical, hands-on session designed for senior managers, functional business users and technical participants who want to explore how AI can help solve real business problems within their organizations.

The objective is to get participants hands-on, working with a real business challenge, process, opportunity or idea from areas such as finance, operations, sales, customer service, supply chain or field operations. Bringing together business and technical perspectives, participants will work individually or in small groups to define their problem, identify where AI can add value, explore relevant Microsoft technologies and develop a practical approach they can take back to their organization.

No deep technical or AI expertise is required—the workshop is intended to bring together functional people who understand the business and its challenges with technical participants who can help explore how those ideas can be enabled.

The goal is for attendees to leave with a better understanding of what’s possible with Microsoft AI and, more importantly, a real use case they have worked through themselves.
