About us

Welcome to the Dynamics User Group (DUG) London Meetup! We bring together Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI professionals across Southwestern Ontario to connect, share knowledge, explore industry trends, and build meaningful relationships.

Our community welcomes Microsoft partners, customers, ISVs, technical experts, business leaders, and anyone interested in the Microsoft business applications ecosystem. Through in-person networking events, expert-led discussions, product updates, practical demonstrations, and peer-to-peer collaboration, we create opportunities to learn from one another and grow professionally.

We'll explore a wide range of topics, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement, Finance & Supply Chain Management, Dynamics GP, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI capabilities. From intelligent agents and real-world implementation strategies to AI adoption and the evolving Frontier Firm, our goal is to turn innovation into practical business outcomes. We'll also discuss developments in the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including licensing, partner programs, incentives, co-op funding, and opportunities for growth.

Our vision is to build a thriving community for Microsoft innovation and AI-driven transformation in London and across Southwestern Ontario. Whether you're a customer, partner, developer, consultant, or simply passionate about the Microsoft ecosystem, this is your community to connect, exchange ideas, learn from industry peers, and grow together.

DUG Meetups are a program of Dynamics User Group (DUG), the industry's longest running independent Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform community.
