Join us for half day workshop designed to help customers and partners move from experimentation to production-ready AI agents in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations by leveraging MCP servers. Participants will gain practical guidance on how to design, evaluate, and govern agentic solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise requirements.

• Accelerate AI adoption in ERP by understanding how MCP servers enable reliable, extensible, and enterprise-grade agent integrations with Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Improve agent quality and trust through hands-on experience with evaluation techniques, helping teams measure accuracy, reliability, and business effectiveness of agents before production rollout.
• Considering responsible and secure agent deployment by following established best practices for governance, security, and compliance, which are essential requirements for regulated ERP workloads.
• Enable faster time-to-value with real-world, hands-on implementation across custom scenarios that can be directly applied to customer and partner solutions.

By the end of the workshop, attendees will walk away with actionable patterns, working agent examples, and a clear blueprint for building and scaling agentic solutions on Dynamics 365 F&O using MCP servers.

Pre-Requisites: This is a half day workshop & includes hands-on lab, attendees are requested to bring their own environments to ensure successful workshop. Ensure that your environment is meeting below pre-requisites:

• Your environment is Tier 2 or above, or a Unified Developer Environment. The MCP server isn't supported on Cloud Hosted Environments (CHE).
• Ensure that Environment has Finance, SCM, Project Ops licenses
• The product version of finance and operations apps must be at least 10.0.47.
• You must have the following admin roles to complete certain workshop steps: Power Platform system administrator and System administrator (for apps)
• Microsoft Copilot Studio, PPAC, Dataverse, F&O environment, and must be in the same tenant.
• Enable the Dynamics 365 ERP Model Context Protocol server feature in Feature Management.
• You should have Microsoft Copilot Studio entitlements (pre-paid capacity or pay-as-you-go). For more information about Copilot Studio licensing and credits, see:
