This is part relational workshop, part real-world lab.
We’ll explore authentic relating, presence, polarity, consent, and attunement — then take it out into the wild, practicing connection in downtown Austin in small, supported groups (it will be super fun, and low pressure - promise!)
Whether you’re single, dating, or partnered, this experience is for people who care about how they show up in relationship.
If you’re single: you’ll practice alongside other growth-minded, intentional humans who value emotional maturity and real connection (ages 25–45).
If you’re coupled: you’ll gain tools to deepen trust, intimacy, and attunement together.
