This is a fun hands on interactive class where everyone socialises and gets to learn how to make dumplings from scratch using Anna's family secrets.
You will be learning how to make the perfect pan fried pork cabbage and exotic mushroom dumplings.
We will teach you how to make your own dough, roll the pastry, make the fillings, fold the dumpling dough into different shapes, cook them and of course - eat them!
Everyone will go home with a tummy fill of dumplings and all the recipes. There's bottomless green tea, plus a glass of wine/soft drink.
At the end of the class, you will also get:
A Free rolling pin.
A certificate as an attendant to the dumpling class issued by DWW.
A polaroid photo of yourself making dumplings at the class to take away.
Our class runs every third Sunday of the month, from 10am -2pm for 4 hours.
It costs $80/class and a 50% deposit ( $40 ) is required at least 3 days before the class to Dumplings With Wings Ltd ( ANZ account number is 06-0241-0906217-00 ) for the booking. Please leave your full name ( first name and last name ) as a reference when you made a deposit.
For a class we need a minimum of 8 people. If the class is cancelled due to low numbers, we will refund you your deposit or you can join another class. The deposit is non-refundable if you can't attend the class for your own reasons.
