NY Public Library TTRPG Open Tables

Come forth and join us on wonderous adventures! The Dice Goblins of NYC and the NY Public Library present 3 one shots adventures for players of all experience levels to enjoy. Players are not expected to bring anything to play except of willingness to be creative, improvisational and work with others. While attendees can indicate the adventure they wish to play when registering, the choice of adventure will be first come, first serve. The one shots presented this month are:

• Shadow of the Demon Lord: The Blackwell Manor
  Hired by a collector of rare books to investigate a strange manor hose, you are tasked to get two things, a diary kept by Henri Blackwell and a complete map of the house. However, many things have changed in the 40 years since the mysterious disappearance of the family, and the house has earned a sinister reputation.... This horror inspired d20 system is quite similar to Lancer and you will have 8 pre built characters to choose from. Note: As a Horror one shot this has trigger warnings for body horror, thalassaphobia and altered/unreality. It is heavily inspired by The Fisherman by John Langan and Anatomy by kittyhorrorshow.
• D&D 5E: Depths of Demay
  The Isle of Demay is an island prison where those convicted must partake in works of art and beauty to redeem themselves. Surrounded by sunshine and ocean, Demay is the ideal place to create. Come learn to play D&D while plumbing the depths of Demay! This adventure is designed for all levels of experience and will come with premade characters for you to choose from.
• D&D 5E: Dragon of Icespire Peak
• It is never a dull moment when you are adventuring on the Sword Coast. Especially when the Mayor of a little town called Phandelver refuses to open the door to you unless you complete one of three tasks...Which shall you pick? This introductory adventure is great for all levels of experience and may lead to further adventures outside of the Meetup.
