The central location for TTRPG game announcements in San Antonio! If you want to play D&D, Pathfinder, Shadowrun, Blades in the Dark and so on, you’re in the right place. Never played before? No problem, just looks for games that welcome new players.
TTRPGs (Tabletop Role Playing Games) don’t always use technology more advanced then dice. The game is largely played in the imagination - a group of people coming together, playacting unique characters and making a story together. You could be an orc wizard investigating a murder, a bunny archer finding lost travelers, a street ninja maneuvering through rooftops, or anything else.
Not seeing the kinds of games you like? Consider running one! That can be challenging but rewarding. See the discussions for more resources.

LANCER RPG is a world of gritty combat fought in giant robots equipped with swords and lasers, piloted by YOU!
Six players will enter this world into a campaign packed with hallowing mysteries, irritating rivals, and great rewards.
If you have any questions, would like a premade character or want help making your character, feel free to message the host on discord @judojitsu or by text (number provided in the comments)
This session we will have a short roleplay section introducing our characters and why they're here, and fight in a combat scenario designed to teach you about your character's capabilities.
Required:
• A ready-to-go LANCER character sheet, either on paper or using the COMP/CON website.
• At least a little experience with tabletop roleplaying games (like Dungeons & Dragons) or tactical RPGs.
• A way to take notes.
Recommended:
• Read through the Combat section of the LANCER core rulebook, available for free on itch.io.
• Two small objects to represent your character and your mech (around the size of a 20-sided die or smaller) - can be anything you want!
• A set of dice.
Beginners welcome! Please refrain from using curse words at event out of respect for host.

Join DM Scott for The Curse on Humble Hill , a D&D 2024 One-Shot for Level 1 Characters set in the Forgotten Realms.
The hamlet of Humble Hill is beset by failing crops, sickly livestock and illness. Can you stop the cause and find the cure?
All experience levels are welcome for this one-shot! Please bring a 1st level D&D character using the 2024 rules with either the Standard Array or a 27 Point Buy Build for Ability Scores. All 2024 content is allowed (Player's Handbook, Forgotten Realms Heroes of Faerun and Eberron Forge of the Artificer). If you prefer, pre-generated characters will also be available for you to choose from upon arrival. Please have a set of dice ready for the game. If you have a miniature to represent your character, please bring that along as well!
Table Rules:
1. Discriminatory language or actions including sexist, homophobic, racist or transphobic slurs are not tolerated.
2. Arrive on time and ready to play.
3. Respect other players, including the GM.
4. No electronic devices at the table that aren't being used for the game.
5. Players must be 16 or older.
6. Seats at the table are for players only. No standing/hovering.
7. No outside food or drink with the exception of clear water bottles.
8. All dice rolls will be on the table with real dice. Virtual dice rollers will only be allowed with prior approval of the GM.1 attendee
