Meet in the Dark Ages Private Room at 6pm.

A D&D one-shot session is a short, self-contained adventure designed to be played in a single sitting, and it’s one of the most welcoming ways to try Dungeons & Dragons for the very first time. If you’ve never played before. If you’re nervous about the rules, unsure what to expect, or worried you might “mess up”, a one-shot is the perfect place to start.

There’s no long-term commitment, no pressure to know everything, and no expectation to be an expert. You simply step into a small, friendly story for a few hours, guided by a Dungeon Master who helps you through every mechanic and moment.

Think of it as dipping your toes into the magic of D&D in a welcomed, supported, and surrounded by others who want you to have a great time.

Message from your host, DM Zachary:

“Hello adventurers, your friendly neighborhood giant (half-giant at least) is here to guide you into the world of ttrpg’s. I have been playing D&D since the 3.5 edition. I have been GM for a number of campaigns and one shots and have dabbled in other TTRPG’s that I hope to explore lately. So if you’re looking to dabble, looking for a new style of play, or looking to enter into a new hobby I hope you’ll let me show you how entertaining this world can be.

You’ve found your way to the door of a brand new world. This door is where all your burdens are left and you step into a world of swords and sorcery. New adventurers welcome to the inaugural run of a new adventure. These first couple sessions you’ll get to choose from a couple premade characters to understand different play styles and figure out what kind of DM I am and what kind of character you want to be. We will be using 5th edition rules for D&D. So grab some dice and roll for initiative.”

Table Rules:
1. Discriminatory language or actions including sexist, homophobic, racist or transphobic slurs are not tolerated.
2. Arrive on time and ready to play.
3. Respect other players, including the GM.
4. No electronic devices at the table that aren't being used for the game.
5. Players must be 16 or older.
6. Seats at the table are for players only. No standing/hovering.
7. No outside food or drink with the exception of clear water bottles.
8. All dice rolls will be on the table with real dice. Virtual dice rollers will only be allowed with prior approval of the GM.
