WE WILL GET YOU INTO SHAPE THIS SUMMER!

BOOTY CAMP focusses on working your LEGS, BUM & CORE! There are no weights involved this is simply a bodyweight workout set across 8 different stations!

This workout appeals to ALL FITNESS LEVELS - there is on each station a progression (harder) and a regression (easier) options so we are sure no matter what your fitness level you are pushing yourself accordingly!

Workouts consist of TABATA Training on 9 Stations. 20 Seconds work, followed by 10 second rest (x8 sets). After each round we will have a QUICK rest (water) and then go to the next station. Total workout time - 36 minutes - warm up / cool down 20 mins!

Booty Camp works on motivating others, so expect alot of "lets go" - "you can do it" , "keep going" vibes!
