Join us each Tuesday at 7pm at Casa Dupage Workers Center- the home of Ole Spanish School for Martes de Yoga- Yoga in Spanish at Casa Dupage, 311 s. Naperville Rd. Wheaton IL-- Casa Dupage a Latino community center and non-profit organization.
As part of our community health project- Bienestar Latino-- which envisions a new level of health for the Latino and other communities, with Maestro Daniel, we learn each week the basics of yoga- the movements, stretches and breathing techniques all in a fun, colorful environment of a Latino community center and all in Spanish!
Bring your mat, bring your workout clothes and join us. Recommended donation, 10$ (Can be left at box in center)- Casa Dupage is a non-profit organization. Mats and bricks available upon request!
