Want to last longer in fights? Land more shots? Stay one step ahead of your opponent? It all starts with footwork! In this FREE class, you’ll learn the foundational movement techniques that every fighter—new or experienced—needs to improve their game.
Whether you’re dodging strikes, closing distance, or holding a line, this class will help you develop control, balance, and confidence on the battlefield.

### What You’ll Learn:

👣 Stance & Balance – How to stay grounded, mobile, and ready for anything.
➡️ Directional Movement – Advance, retreat, and sidestep with speed and control.
⚔️ Engaging & Disengaging – Techniques to close the gap or back out safely.
🔁 Footwork Drills for Combat – Practice real movement patterns used in battle.
🛡️ Weapon-Specific Movement Tips – Learn how footwork shifts depending on what you’re fighting with!

  • Stay tight and defensive with sword & board
  • Flow with agility in dual wielding (Florentine)
  • Control spacing and keep range with polearms and greatswords

This class is great for new fighters building a strong foundation and veterans looking to level up their movement game.
