Ready to fight longer, recover faster, and move more fluidly on the battlefield? Join us for this FREE class focused on stretching, posture, and foundational mobility techniques designed to support Belegarth combatants of all skill levels.
Whether you're a veteran fighter or just picked up your first foam sword, this class will help you stay limber, balanced, and battle-ready.
What You’ll Learn:
- Gentle stretches for tight hips, shoulders, and backs
- Postural alignment to reduce injury and improve endurance
- Mobility work that complements sword fighting and shield work
- Breath and body awareness for staying calm under pressure
This class is beginner-friendly and fully adaptable—no previous yoga or fitness experience needed. Just wear something comfortable you can move in and bring water. Mats are welcome but not required.
