Join us at Moyo BJJ for a free, beginner-friendly intro class where you’ll learn the foundational movements, build real confidence, and get a feel for the culture of the gym - all in a supportive, zero-ego environment.
This is not a fight class.
This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop built specifically for people who’ve always been curious about BJJ but never tried it.

### In this 60–75 min session, you’ll:

  • Learn the basic movements that make BJJ safe and approachable
  • Practice simple techniques with a partner (totally beginner pace)
  • Build body awareness, confidence, and stress-relief skills
  • Meet the instructors + community
  • Get access to a free 1-week trial if you want to continue afterward
