Kick-off lunch!

Welcome everyone! I'm really happy to see the interest in a Durham-focused dining group! I'm wide open to ideas for places, and have a dozen or more places bookmarked on Yelp! already. To get us started, I thought it would be good to find a place that's flexible, fun, and easy to find. I've not been to Clouds Brewing since before COVID, and always loved the wide assortment of foods and beer they have. (Wish their cocktail game was deeper, but stay with your strengths, right?)

I chose a lunch meeting so we could avoid traffic in the heart of downtown, and didn't know who could/couldn't get off to meet. The layout of Clouds is pretty flexible. I'll have other events, so don't panic.

I verified with the parking company that the lot on the south side of Main Street between Duke and Gregson offers 2 hours of free parking when validated by the Brightleaf Square Merchant. So be sure to bring your ticket in with you.

I'll try to find a good picture for the group and the event. Meetup limits the pictures to a wide (landscape) aspect ratio, so exactly zero of my current shots fit.
