Eno River Bioswale Planting hosted by Triangle Fly Fishers

Join me for hands-on conservation work hosted by the Triangle Fly Fishers as we celebrate Creek Week!

We’ll be weeding, maintaining, and planting an existing stormwater bioswale along the Hillsborough Riverwalk. You can park at Eno River Brewing and walk to the site. Dress for the weather and to get a little dirty. Bring work gloves and water. Tools will be supplied, but bring a gardening trowel, shovel, or rake if you have them.

Once work is completed we’ll head over to the Creek Week celebration at Eno River Brewing next door. The event will include information from local conservation groups with music to follow.
