
What we’re about
We are hosting online as well as local workshops for people to learn and practice their skills for building better relationships with themselves, their families and their friends using a group format each week. Groups will be limited in size to between 4 and 10 people who will meet each week with the same group of people at the same day and time over the course of three months.
The skill-building techniques will be taught each week for roughly 30 minutes at the begining of each 90 minute session and then the remaining time will be used to practice and develop these skills with the members in these weekly support groups.
Topics covered will include stages of personal growth and self awareness, ego states, emotional depth and richness, archetypes, perfectionism, safety, triggering, and how to make changes in one’s habits, as well as how these awarenesses and skill levels affect one’s ability to relate to others and one’s Self from a place of self-honesty, kindness, directness and compassion; in addition, different communication skills will be provided, discussed and practiced by the group members each week.
Our goal is to help people acheive higher levels of happiness and connection with the important people in their lives and greater satisfaction with the person they spend the most time with.
