Hike: Bond Park, Cary (4 miles)

Let's hike the trails at Bond Park in Cary for a total of ~4 miles. A mix of paved and unpaved surfaces, a portion of the hike will traverse around Bond Lake for some nice views. This is considered an easy hike per Alltrails.

The trail does have tree roots and if it has rained recently, it may be a bit muddy so choose your shoes accordingly. Bringing water is usually a good idea. Restrooms are available at the community center.

About half-way through the route or so, we'll spend about 10 minutes walking without talking. This just gives everyone an easy break from conversation and offers the opportunity to notice nature in a different kind of way.

If your plans change, kindly amend your RSVP 24 hours in advance if at all possible. This simply allows people on the waitlist a chance to plan to attend. Hikes are kept intentionally small so that we can get to know each other over time.

Friendly dogs on a leash are welcome to attend.
