Join us for Coffee & A Case Study on the first Saturday of every month!

This monthly meetup brings together investors and real estate enthusiasts to explore the world of by-right development, local market trends, and real case studies from projects right here in our community. Past discussions have covered everything from zoning and financing to small lots, flag lots, exempt platting, underwriting, and more — often paired with tours of actual properties. Each month we also feature a new specialty coffee and pastries to keep things lively.

At BETTER, our specialty is working with investors, and this event is designed to share knowledge, build connections, and spark opportunities — all over a great cup of coffee.

As always, we’ll kick things off with a curated coffee tasting and leave plenty of time for networking with other local professionals.

Parking:
We’ve had a lot of questions about parking—great news! Street parking in downtown Durham is free on weekends, and there’s also a parking garage right next to Durham Food Hall for extra convenience. Please make sure to arrive early to secure a parking spot, though, as the Farmer's Market is down the block and there can be some congestion. No matter how long you plan to stay, you’ll be covered.
