Friday Morning Trail Run in Duke Forest

Beat the heat with an early run through Duke Forest.

• Who: A group that enjoys running through the woods.
• Where: Duke Forest, Shepherd Nature Trail (more like a one-car dirt road)
• When: 7:15am
• How Long: Anywhere from 4-8 miles.
• Pace: Conversational, roughly 9:30 to 10:30 depending on terrain.

Shepherd Nature Trail is not well signed but the google pin is accurate. Almost exactly a mile from the roundabout. Park by the road.

We will start running fairly promptly, certainly no later than 5 minutes from meet time.
