Outdoor sangha in the park

On Saturday, June 21st, we will gather at West Point on the Eno Park in north Durham at 9:30 a.m. to practice sitting, walking, sharing, and singing together in mindfulness. As always, all are welcome and no prior experience is necessary.

You are invited to dress comfortably for being outside and to bring something to sit on such as a chair, blanket, or towel. We plan to be together for about an hour and a half.

The park is located at 5101 N Roxboro St, Durham, NC 27704 at Seven Oaks Rd across from the Harris Teeter. Please meet in the lower parking lot that is farthest from the entrance. (See image) We will all gather in the lot before moving to a nearby area to sit.

Please feel free to respond to this email with questions. In the event of inclement weather, we will send an email out the evening before. We are holding the following Saturday, the 28th, as a backup date.
