Most people start the year by “planning a new life.” We start by training the one you already have.

This group is for people who want more discipline, health, and confidence not through motivation, but through a simple system: show up, train smart, repeat. When you do that for a few weeks, life tends to reorganize itself around you.

What we do at meetups

Warm-up + mobility (built for real bodies, not Instagram bodies)

Martial-arts-inspired drills: footwork, coordination, timing

Partner exercises (safe, guided, respectful)

Conditioning that transfers to everyday life

Short focus/breath reset to sharpen attention

Who it’s for
Beginners and all levels. People who want structure, not ego. If you want to feel stronger, clearer, and more in control—this is your entry point.

About the trainer
Sessions are led by master Claudiu Cucu, a martial arts practitioner and medical doctor. That means training is structured, safety-conscious, and designed for long-term progress—not reckless intensity.

No intimidation. No “fight club” energy. Just a consistent practice that upgrades your body and your discipline.
