This is a beginner-friendly, martial-arts-inspired session for anyone who wants to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control. No ego, no pressure, and you don’t need to be “fit already.” You show up, you train, you leave better.

What to expect (120 min)
• Joint-friendly warm-up + mobility
• Fundamentals: posture, balance, footwork, coordination
• Short strength & conditioning blocks
• Safe partner drills
• Quick focus/breath reset to finish

Perfect if you…
• Are new in Düsseldorf and want a solid weekly routine + good people
• Want structure (not “gym vibes”)
• Are a beginner or returning after a break

Coach
Led by Claudiu Cucu (martial arts practitioner). Training is structured, safety-conscious, and focused on long-term progress.
