What is this group about?
We are a community for everyone who wants to experience films exactly how the directors created them—whether in English, Spanish, French, Hindi, or Japanese (mostly with subtitles/OmU or in English OV). From big blockbusters at CineStar to art-house gems at the Filmkunstkinos or special screenings at UFA Palast—we watch it all! 🎥✨

What we do:

📅 Regular Meetups: We pick the most exciting new releases or timeless classics playing in Düsseldorf cinemas.

🗣️ Socializing: The movie is just the beginning! After the credits roll, we can head to a nearby bar or café (e.g., in the Altstadt or Medienhafen) to discuss the film, share theories, or simply meet new people over a drink. 🍻🍕

🌍 International & Welcoming: This group is perfect for expats, international students, and locals alike. The main language during our meetups is English (though German is spoken, too!).
