Hello altogether! This group aims to bring together all hiking enthusiasts from Düsseldorf and its region. Our hikes lead us across Düsseldorf as well as all the beautiful places surrounding our city. By the way: Every member is more than welcome to suggest his and her own hiking ideas. Simply write a message to one of our organizers and we'll figure out a great tour! On another note, this group is proud to be a very international communtity with great folks from all around the world. What defines the meetup culture is the mutual respect towards each other regardless of one's ethnicity, sexuality or political views. All that matters is the willingness to having a great time together! :)

Join us this Saturday for a lovely hike around Leopoldstal, a town which is located at the end of the long hiking trail of Hermannsweg, where we'll also visit the Externsteinen; one of the most known cultural monuments in Germany.

Good day, dear hikers!
As previously announced, we have yet another hike on Sunday as well!
This time, it'll be a relatively easy hike around Haltern am See, Walking around Stausee and going through Westruper Heathen and ending the hike with visiting the open-air-museum LWL-Römermuseum for an ancient roman experience! (Optional for those who are interested)
Swimming is practically only allowed in one place (not free), but perhaps we can find a spot on the way (no guarantee)
