BREATHING AND YOGA WEEKEND COURSE (sign up via link)
During this brief weekend course, we will learn, experience and train very simple yet effective breathing inquiries that allow your body to let go of the tension (read also: low immunity, constant fatigue, shoulder & neck pain, or impaired biological functions) and reduce psychological issues (stress, anxiety, mental fog).
We will learn how to connect to a resource of our breath that is available to us at all times for rest and replenishment.
There will be no complicated “made” exercises, but rather simple tips on how to return our breath to an effortless and deeply enjoyable breathing manner that contributes to peace of mind and longevity.
Introduction, developing breath perception, going inside the body.

Yantra Yoga sequences, lengthening Diaphragmatic breathing.
