A Trunc Based Workspace Model or Feature Driven Delivery
By Martjan Hendriks & Jeroen Stork
Many teams rely on the familiar DEV/TEST/ACC/PROD setup because it provides a clear and intuitive separation of environments. While simple in principle, this model often leads to late integration challenges, version inconsistencies, and configuration drift as organizations scale.
In this session, we explore an alternative approach that flips the traditional environment model. By strictly separating business identity, versions, and environments, we aim to shorten the delivery chain and reduce complexity — enabling teams to move faster while maintaining control.
We believe this model can help teams keep things simple even at scale. But does it hold up in practice? Let’s explore the idea together and see what the community thinks. Be prepared for an interactive session, roll-up you sleeves and join the conversation!

Extending Fabric Monitoring for custom requirements
Microsoft Fabric offers a rich collection of out of the box monitoring functionality. No matter if you are a Fabric administrator, data steward, domain owner, capacity- or solution admin, there is a out of the box solution for your purpose.
However, there may be cases in which you want to enrich the provided reports with your organization specifics. You may want to plot the Fabric adoption across your organizational hierarchy? Or extend the retention of the data beyond 30 days?
In this session, we will show the out of the box solutions Fabric offers, to understand them and where to find them. Also, we will explain various customization purposes. From simple report customizations, to export options, to automated patterns for long term saving of the data without leaving the Fabric ecosystem!
