Maart 2026 DIWUG Meetup

Het is alweer tijd voor de derde DIWUG Meetup van het jaar! We zijn op 12 maart te gast bij c)solutions in Bunnik. Maart roert zijn staart en ook wij hebben twee heel uiteenlopende Microsoft 365 sessies die iedere M365 gebruiker en beheerder gaat helpen om M365 nóg beter in te zetten in de organisatie.

We hosten de Meetup enkel op locatie dus we gaan de sessies niet streamen. Een mooie gelegenheid om elkaar weer te zien en bij te praten over alle nieuwe ontwikkelingen of gewoon te horen hoe het gaat met iedereen.

Het programma is als volgt:

  Neglecting data governance in Microsoft 365 exposes organizations to serious security risks and higher operational costs. Microsoft 365 Copilot now makes it essential to control data access and sharing, driving urgent action to protect sensitive information and reduce risk.
  This session delivers a pragmatic approach on how to implement and improve data governance practices.
  We will walk through a structured approach to develop a framework for data governance and how to practically validate and remediate existing workspaces in Microsoft 365 to reduce risk and the costs of storing data in SharePoint Online. A key focus will be distinguishing active, business-relevant content from stale, redundant, or obsolete data, and ensuring only the right data remains available for information works & Microsoft Copilot.
  You will learn how to gain actionable insights using Microsoft-native capabilities such as SharePoint Advanced Management and Microsoft Purview, alongside third-party solutions. We will demonstrate how these tools help uncover oversharing, sensitive data exposure, and aging content, and how archiving strategies can reduce both Copilot risk and operational noise without deleting records that must be retained.

• 20:15 - Sessie #2 - Places to Be - Jordy van Veelen, Competence Lead M365 & M365 consultant, ShareValue
  Places connects with your Microsoft 365 apps to show you where your colleagues are working and helps you plan your office days more effectively. Whether you need to book a desk, find a meeting room, or coordinate with your team.
  In this session I will provide the admin details what you need to prepare and do to use Places. And how this will work for the user, how a user can book a desk or find a meeting room. What is standard in de license, and for some features you need Teams Premium.
