Forest Bathing Meditation at Crosby Sanctuary

Details
UPDATE: Our meditation leader Cris will not be able to come for the Forest Bathing Meditation event today (Sunday, May 23, from 2-4 pm) at Crosby Sanctuary. Unfortunately we have not been able to line up a substitute meditation leader.
However, you are still welcome to attend anyway, even without a leader. You could meditate on the Swamp Trail as usual, or you could explore the sanctuary on your own. You must be back at the front gate by 4 pm.
The sanctuary gates will be opened at 2 pm today for those who have signed up for this event, and I'll close the gates at 4 pm as usual.
Join Duval Audubon Society for a socially distanced Forest Bathing Meditation on the Swamp Trail at our beautiful Crosby Sanctuary conservation property in Orange Park, Florida.
Free for current Audubon members, $5 suggested donation (cash only, please) at the gate for non-members. You must register here on Meetup to participate.
