SIMIRTHI - SELF-REMEMBERANCE MEDITATION

Simirthi is a meditation practice that invites us to return to self-remembrance - a simple yet profound awareness of being present with ourselves. Through guided awareness and a three-point attention practice (ABC), we cultivate a deeper connection between body, breath, and consciousness.

This practice supports clarity, presence, and inner balance, helping us move beyond the constant activity of the mind and reconnect with our true nature. Simirthi originates from ancient understanding and has been brought into modern practice through the teachings of Dhyan Vimal at the Dhyan Vimal Institute for Higher Learning. It is an invitation to pause, observe, and remember who we truly are.
