4 pm to 5 pm - Welcome: tapas, drinks, and “who do you think will win?”
5:00 to 6:30 pm - First half of ceremony
6:30 to 7:00pm - intermission (which means more drinks and tapas)
7:00 to 8:30 pm - Second half of ceremony
8:30pm to 9pm - who guessed more winners gets a prize! Plus, more drinks and goodbyes
