About the talk:
Everybody wants to write a brand-new NPM library. If you've tried it, come to discuss the best practices. If you haven't, come and learn something new!
Join Alexey on a journey from idea to self-sustained activity. How to start and not lose motivation? How to convince others to use your library? What are the must-have technical requirements? Apart from answering these questions, we will discuss the following:
- Properties of a good library,
- The attraction of "investments" to your idea,
- The balance between flexibility and stability,
- Developer's experience.
About the speaker:
Alexey has [0-9]{2} years of experience in IT, possessing expertise in both frontend and backend development. Currently, he is the Head of Frontend at Devexperts but claims to remain a developer at heart. Launched four internal libraries within the last year.

About the talk:
Scaling CSS in your projects requires careful consideration of various factors, including tools, best practices, emerging trends, and different perspectives on coding patterns and habits. We will focus on the three key stages of project development: the initial design phase, the intermediate stage, and the troubleshooting phase.
Oleg will give you a comprehensive overview to gain insights into:
- Effective strategies for creating CSS stylesheets from scratch,
- Maintaining consistent quality throughout the development process
- Troubleshooting issues when things go awry.
About the speaker:
Oleg is a software engineer with 7+ years of experience in frontend and over 15 years — in CSS. He has worked on projects of various scales and complexity, ranging from small startup services to large enterprise systems. Currently, Oleg is responsible for front-end solutions in fintech projects.
