We are hosting our first event using meetup! Applications are open (read details below) to both participants and contributors.

Event Type: Classic Murder Mystery... with our own twist.
Time & Date: 22/7/2023 (Saturday)
Duration: 5 hours (5.30pm - 10.30pm) -> 4 hour gameplay
Venue: D'Rose Cafe PJ [5, Lorong 8/1e, Section 8, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor] -> They have a great event space
Estimated Cost: RM 45 per participant
Participants: 12 slots
Theme: Dark, Supernatural, Psychological Horror
Prize Pool: N/A

Application:
RSVP to the event + Whatsapp +6012-6397670 detailing if you would like to be a participant / assistant. Applications are kept open until 2 weeks before the planned date where finalist list will be posted here. I will contact you individually and collect the cost sharing fee to confirm your place.

** A note on no-shows, our games are customized for you, not showing up can severely impact the experience of other players. We take this commitment to show up seriously; do let us know at least one week in advance if you are not able to show. Refunds may be withheld if costs are already bourned.

To apply as a Participant: Send us 3 words that would best describe yourself (for character assignment), your name and a profile pic (selfie boleh jer, only if you are new for us to recognize you). Read the themes and details carefully before applying. If you are applying with a friend(s), do state this in your message as well.

To apply to be part of the event team: Willing to do work without pay. Includes being a kuli -> setup / game-mastering etc. We are open to all sorts of contribution, especially from creatives with experience in creating props or if you just want to be involved in coming up with the story board / gameplay design.

Business Partners: If you are looking to contribute as a business, happy to take your contact for any affiliate marketing opportunities. Just to note, we are not a business; but we are happy to support local artists / small businesses by promoting your art within our community.

Sponsorships / Donations: We are 100% community based and all our costs are shared by participants. Any financial contribution you would like to make will go into a prize pool for participants if you so choose. If you are one of those people that like to put in some money to make things more interesting, this is your chance.
