I'm talking about forming meaningful friendships, stepping outside our comfort zones, and leaving behind what no longer serves us. I understand how challenging it can be to make new friends at this stage in life whether you've had the same circle for years or, like me, have few (or no) friends who truly bring substance to your life.

Hey Ladies!
One of my absolute favorite things to do is throw on some good ol’ R&B and let the vibes take over, and that’s exactly what this night is all about! Join me for an evening centered around creativity, connection, and being fully present in the moment.
We’re coming together to create beautiful art, sip on some delicious wine and cocktails, eat some good food, and soak up the soulful sounds of R&B, all in the company of amazing, like-minded women. Because let’s be real: self-care is the best care, and sharing it with others on a similar journey makes it that much sweeter.
