We are offering members of "Dynamic HR" the opportunity to join author and speaker Penny Nesbitt for the launch of her new book, Culture 101: creating places where people thrive and profits grow.

Penny decided to put pen to paper after over twenty years of seeing the damaging impacts of a disengaged workforce. Drawing on aspects of positive psychology, strengths-based leadership, neuroscience, and a good dose of humour, Penny wrote Culture 101 for anyone who wants to know how to be happier, more resilient, productive and fulfilled, working in a thriving, profitable workplace.

The evening will include some reflections from Penny, some insights into her engaging style with a reading from Culture 101 and a celebration to mark this exciting event!
