## Learn How to Build Radical Confidence

Do you struggle with self-doubt, overthink your decisions, or hold yourself back because you are worried about what other people may think?

You may appear capable and successful on the outside while privately questioning yourself, avoiding opportunities, or finding it difficult to express what you really want.

These patterns are not signs that you are weak or “too sensitive.” They may be learned responses that once helped you feel accepted, protected, or safe—but no longer support the person you want to become.

Over time, these patterns can influence:

  • Your confidence and self-worth
  • Your willingness to pursue opportunities
  • Your ability to set and communicate boundaries
  • Your personal and professional relationships
  • The way you respond to criticism or uncertainty
  • Your ability to trust yourself and take action

Journaling, affirmations, and positive thinking can be useful, but many people find that simply understanding a pattern does not automatically make it easier to change.

### What you will explore during this webinar

In this free live session, Aurore, a registered RTT® practitioner, will introduce an approach to confidence that considers both conscious thinking and the deeper beliefs and learned responses that may influence everyday behaviour.

Aurore will explain how Rapid Transformational Therapy draws on techniques associated with hypnosis, psychology, NLP, and learning-based approaches.

You will explore:

  • Why capable people can still experience persistent self-doubt
  • How early experiences may shape present-day beliefs and reactions
  • Why overthinking can become an automatic protective habit
  • How fear of judgement may affect decisions, boundaries, and visibility
  • Practical ways to become more aware of unhelpful thought patterns
  • How to respond to yourself with greater confidence and self-trust
  • The role that subconscious beliefs may play in personal change
  • How RTT® approaches confidence and behavioural patterns

### Who is this webinar for?

This session is designed for women who are thoughtful, ambitious, and caring—but who may be tired of:

  • Constantly second-guessing themselves
  • Waiting until they feel completely ready
  • Seeking reassurance before making decisions
  • Staying quiet when they want to speak
  • Avoiding opportunities because of fear or uncertainty
  • Allowing other people’s opinions to determine their choices

This will not be a motivational pep talk or a promise that every long-standing pattern can be changed immediately.

Instead, it will be an educational introduction to why confidence difficulties and overthinking may persist, together with practical ideas that could help you begin relating to yourself differently.

You do not need to become louder, harder, or less caring to feel confident.
Confidence can begin with understanding your patterns, trusting your own judgement, and giving yourself permission to take meaningful action—even when uncertainty is present.

Aurore will also briefly explain how she supports clients who would like to explore this work more deeply.

Reserve your place and join us for a supportive introduction to confidence, self-trust, and personal change.
