This is a cool loop ride taking us through two coastal towns (Summerland & Carpinteria) with some beautiful scenery along the way. There will be some dirt riding and we'll be on Hwy 192 which will have light traffic Sunday morning.
Make sure your inner tubes are filled with slime.
MEETUP LOCATION AND TIME: Lookout Park at 8:30 am in parking lot.
PARKING FEE: None
DISTANCE: 28 miles.
ELEVATION GAIN: 2200'
DEBRIEFING: After the bike ride, I'll be having lunch at Tinker Burger in Summerland.
THE PACE: No faster than the slowest biker in the group
DURATION: 4+ hours including lunch
LEVEL: Intermediate
TERRAIN: Paved bike paths, streets and dirt
