Holiday ride and potluck! Come out to the Newberry Park area for a holiday loop ride and then head to Joan’s for a potluck meal.
Note: Rain cancels ride, but not potluck. More details to follow.
Make sure you bring along a spare inner tube.
MEETUP LOCATION AND TIME: 9am. Rancho Sierra Vista/ Satwiwa Main Parking Lot in Thousand Oaks. This is the trailhead for the Sycamore Canyon Trail.

DISTANCE: 25.6 miles. (2.5 miles of unpaved, which I’m hoping Elaine approves).
ELEVATION GAIN: 1770 feet
LUNCH: Our plan is to have a potluck lunch at Joan’s house after the ride. Plan to keep your potluck food in your car (in an ice chest if necessary). Joan will give you her address at the ride.
THE PACE: No faster than the slowest in the group
