JACKSON LAKE TO WRIGHT MOUNTAIN

This is the best San Gabriel Mountain bike trail for not only the awesome views but also for an easy wide dirt trail with very little in the way of ruts and rocks. I along with DaveR and others did this in 2023. DaveR and I have been wanting to do it again.
Make sure you bring along a spare inner tube or slime.
MEETUP LOCATION: Jackson Lake
TIME: 8:30am.
RESTROOMS: At our meetup location at Jackson Lake as well as campground along the ride
ROUTE This will be our planned route.
DISTANCE: 29 miles. Due to the elevation gain we may have to cut down the mileage depending on the e-bikes going.
ELEVATION GAIN: 3900'
DURATION: 5 hours including a late lunch in Wrightwood
DEBRIEFING: Optional late lunch in Wrightwood
BIKE TRAIL DESCRIPTION: 40% paved roads, 60% well maintained forest service dirt roads
THE PACE: 6 MPH on up.
LEVEL: Easy for e-bikes
