Catch the fall foliage on a hike in the Wissahickon Valley
The terrain is varied and individuals can choose their level of difficulty. Hikers can choose the level of difficulty, but the plan is to hike 3 miles south (about 1 ½ hours) and then 3 miles back north to have brunch at the Green Valley Inn.
There are three parking lots in the vicinity of the Green Valley Inn, which is where we’ll meet on the outdoor verandah. The parking lots are:
Green Valley Road Parking Lot
Green Valley Lower Lot North
Green Valley Lower Lot South
Please note that these lots fill up quickly and your best bet for finding parking is at the Road Parking Lot, from which there is a short walk into the park.
