We continue to dominate the slopes this June! Escape to Ski Dubai for an hour to avoid the scorching outdoors and workout in a cool fashion.

The snow hike is an excellent way to begin building up your fitness levels, working out both your legs and lungs. Hiking up and down the main slope increasing your own pace each time. We need to keep to the sides of the slope to minimise damage to the piste – you can peel off at any time if you do not wish to hike the full hour.

Great training for all trekking and high altitude challenges as it's a unique opportunity to try out your gear (hiking boots, poles etc.) as well as building up your mountain walking muscles in cooler temperatures. Plus, it's a great way to expand your social circle!
