The main focus of this event is upon the academic/scientific presentations related to polyamory and other forms of consensual nonmonogamy.

Anyone with an interest in matters related to polyamory and consensual nonmonogamy is invited to attend. We have quite an excellent line up this year, including presentations about the growing polyamory movements in Poland, France, Israel, Mexico and several other countries.

We are also having a track of "public education sessions," geared specifically towards members of the general public who have an interest in polyamory and consensual nonmonogamy. These were very popular last year, and I expect they will be again this year.

This is a good, safe place to meet a large number of other people with a serious interest in things like polyamory, open relationships, and consensual nonmonogamy. We had a packed house last year, and people had a great time. Looks like its shaping up to be even more fun this year. (Half the participant spots are already spoken for, so I expect we may be sold out again this year).

Most of the academic presenter spots are already spoken for, but final decisions have not all been made yet. All of the spots for the Friday session, focused on subjects of interest to therapists, social workers, and counselors, are also spoken for. We are also still taking proposals for a couple of the "public education" spots. If you want to do a presentation, please do get your proposal to me ASAP!

One of the Saturday evening sessions involves critical analysis of themes and analysis of content of artwork, music, and/or dramatic performance related to issues surrounding consensual nonmonogamy, so if you know of any poly artists, performers, or musicians who might be interesting in participating, please send them along.

The political discussion and sessions related to polyactivism are all happening on Sunday. The Political session is being run as a distinct event through a separate website, but its at the same place on the same weekend.

Hope to see ya'all there in February!

Dave
